How to Order

Start by exploring our catalogue to find the products or services you are interested in.

• Select Items: When you find an item you wish to enquire about, simply click the ‘Add to Quote’ button on the product page (or the shop page).

  • Note: You will not be prompted to enter payment details.

• Adjust Quantity: If you require multiple units of a product, you can adjust the quantity on the product page or later in the Quote List.

Once you have added all desired items, you can review your selections.

• Access the List: Click on the ‘Quote List’ icon or the notification banner at the top of the page.

• Review: Verify the items and quantities. You can remove items or update quantities here before submitting your request.

This is the final step where you provide us with your contact information and any specific requirements.

• Fill the Form: On the ‘Quote List’ page, you will find a short form. Please provide the following details accurately:

  • Your Name

  • Email Address (for us to send the official quote)

  • Phone Number (in case we need to clarify details quickly)

  • Company Name (if applicable)

• Add Notes (Crucial): Use the ‘Additional Information / Notes’ box to tell us about your project or specific needs. This helps us provide the most accurate pricing and recommendation.

  • Example notes could include: “We need this drone for mapping a 500-hectare construction site,” or “We require local training and support for three operators.”

• Submit: Click the ‘Submit Your Request’ button.

After submission, your request is immediately sent to our sales team.

• Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirmation that we have received your request.

• Review and Quotation: Our specialized team will review your needs. We will then email you an official, detailed quotation, which will include:

  • Itemized pricing.

  • Estimated delivery/completion time.

  • Terms and conditions.

• Response Time: We aim to send all official quotes within [Insert Your Typical Response Time, e.g., 1-2 business days].

Once you receive the quote, you can decide how to proceed.

• Acceptance: If you wish to accept the quote, simply reply to the email or call the contact number provided on the quote document.
